Pozhydayev G. Administrative legal bases of resistanse to organized transnational crime

The essence, special features and ways of the improvement of administrative and legal bases of opposition to the organized transnational criminality as the inherent component of the system of providing national security of Ukraine have been investigated in the work. The expediency of development and introducing the new model of improvement of this opposition, which is based on the formation of management system in the sphere of opposition to the organized transnational criminality and on the strategy of system opposition to this criminality have been proposed and have been substantiated. The integral approach relative to the development of the corresponding administrative and legal, organizational guarantee has been proposed for the purpose of study and improvement of state administration in the sphere of opposition to the organized transnational criminality. The system form of the organization of subjects for administration and components of this system - organs of general and special scope has been proposed. The approach relative to the administrative treatment of the activity of bodies of internal affairs of Ukraine in the sphere of opposition to the organized transnational criminality and corresponding measures for creating the administrative and legal, organizational guarantee has been improved. The structure of the sphere of opposition to the organized transnational criminality as the object of state administration has been substantiated; organizational and law measures relative to the improvement of the object of management have been proposed. The value of realization of the concept of overcoming corruption for the transfer of opposition to criminality for the qualitatively new level has been investigated. The administrative and legal, organizational bases of the international collaboration of subjects for state management in the sphere of opposition to the organized transnational criminality have been proposed.
