Scientific work is devoted efficiency increase prenatal diagnostics of congenital and hereditary diseases in early terms of pregnancy on the basis of working out diagnostic and prognostical criteria with use сlinical-endocrinological and ehografical researches. The complex analysis of diagnostic possibilities transvaginal ehografia in prenatal diagnostics of hereditary and congenital diseases in early terms of pregnancy is carried out at scrining inspection. Are developed regional procentile values of standard indicators of a thickness collar spaces of a bornt depending on numerical values of its kopchiko-parietal size in early terms of pregnancy. The volume of estimated anatomic structures of a born in 11-14 weeks of pregnancy is defined and is proved its high informatical in early ultrasonic prenatal to diagnostics of congenital defects in early terms of pregnancy. On the basis of the received results the complex report of ultrasonic research of a born in early terms of pregnancy for perinatal centres for the purpose of increase of efficiency of antenatal revealing of a wide spectrum of a congenital and hereditary pathology is offered and introduced.
