Essay

Thesis is devoted to administrative and legal regulation of land defence mode, the order of their use, liability for violation of legislation on defence land-use. The definition of defence land is given as land available for placement and constant activity of military units, institutions, military and educational institutions, enterprises and organizations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations created in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Land relations purport is determined by separation of their components: the relationship in the land fund management sphere and relations in the sphere of rational use and protection of defence land , its place and role in the structure of social relations.
