Alyamkin V. Contract of delivery according to the legislation of Ukraine: the Civil aspect

The present dissertation contains the complex analysis of the theoretical and practical questions related to determination of legal nature, the main point, and speciality of the structure of a contract of delivery, its controlling instrument under the conditions of competitive environment, as well as a twofold division of private law in Ukraine, currently available since Economic Codex of Ukraine has been assumed. The dissertator has specified the following: being under the conditions of competitive environment, a contract of delivery maintains its economical and social values and takes on a new meaning due to making system of management based on long-run prediction as well as on the internal business operations plans of economic entities, contracts, orders, that don't need the administrative control. In consequence of the foregoing, a contract of delivery acts as a stabilizing factor for the national economy of Ukraine. The dissertator presumes that the structure of a contract of delivery evolves on the ground of wholesale activity and has some specialties. Besides, the present work gives attention to definition of loopholes and antinomies within the current laws related to Delivery Institute, in order to dispose the above mentioned contradiction
