Essay

The dissertation is devoted to updating of the theory and technique of modeling of organization of construction. The basic novelty consists in application of a scale of the semantic descriptions for an estimation of safety of influence of external and internal conditions of introduction of the building project on a course of performance of civil work, and also in introduction universal of distribution of building work as base element of network model of "job - arch". Introduction of relative temporary and cost coordinates formalized coordination of intensity of performance works with a semantic measure of risk of the project, an estimation of reliability of the organizations-executors - realize new, in some stages, approach in a choice of alternatives of resource -calendar models of construction.
