The increase of efficiency of organization of educational process of studies at VNZ by creation of information technology of the protyryzykovogo planning of educational process in the conditions of the module-rating system of studies is the purpose of this dissertation work.A research object is the processes of the VNZ management in the conditions of the module-rating system of studies. First: 1) developed mathematical model of the module-rating system of studies taking into account the risks, which unlike existent models allows to plan the structure of disciplines of curriculum and define the risks of the modules of disciplines; 2) developed methods of the protyryzykovogo planning of structure of disciplines and modules in the conditions of the module-rating system of studies, which unlike existent methods allow to estimate and minimize the risks of teaching of the modules and that the disciplines by construction of alternative variants of network model of intersubject communications (SMMZ), network model of coherent that (SMZT), determination of risks of realization of each SMMZ and choice of least risky SMMZ and SMZT. 3) improved network model of intersubject communications by the account of risks of the modules of disciplines, which allows to plan the sequences of the modules of different disciplines taking into account their logical communications, and network model of coherent, that the disciplines by the account of their logical communications and risks to those modules of disciplines, which allows to plan sequences by that the modules of discipline. 4) got subsequent development method of expert estimation of risks of teaching of the modules of disciplines by his adaptation to new terms of studies at VNZ, which allows to determine the risks of the modules: risk of error, risk of overload of department, occupational take, technical risk, risk of the insufficient methodical providing, skilled risk, student risk. The practical value of the got results consists that the conducted researches allowed to realize information technology of the protyryzykovogo planning of educational process in the conditions of the module-rating system of studies on the base of the models developed by an author, and methods and programmno-ynformatsyonnykh facilities of planning of maintenance of the modules of disciplines of speciality, taking into account intersubject communications and risks.
