Povar P. Legal Regulation of Enterprise Liquidation in Ukraine.

The dissertation is an independent complete scientific work, dedicated to the complex research of the legal regulation of enterprise liquidation. The concept of the enterprise liquidation is defined; the types of enterprise liquidation procedures are defined and classified. The history of relevant legislation's development is studied, as well as the types and grounds for the enterprise liquidation; the general procedure of enterprise liquidation, which doesn't involve bankruptcy issues; the liquidation specifics in case the property is not enough to satisfy the creditors' requirement. The conclusions and suggestions are made as to the improvement of current Ukrainian legislation in the sphere of enterprise liquidation.
