Essay

Object of research - atopic dermatitis. Research objective - therapy improvement of hand eczema as atypical form of atopic dermatitis taking into account functional condition of the central nervous system, features of cerebral haemodynamics and results of individual testing immune corrective drugs. Research methods: clinico-anamnestetic, common clinical, researches of bioelectric activity of brain with the help of electroencephalography, researches of condition of brain blood circulation by means of rheoencephalography, immunological methods (method of flow cytometry with the help of monoclonal antibodies, method of radial immunodiffusion, immunofermental method), way of definition of individual sensitivity to immune corrective drugs on the basis of dynamics of change of thiol and disulfide blood types concentration, ultrasonic researches of bodies of belly cavity, statistical methods. The thesis is devoted to therapeutic efficacy increase in treatment of patients suffering from hand eczema as an atypical form of atopic dermatitis, with due account of the changes in the condition of central nervous system, cerebral circulation, and immune status. Considerable decrease of brain bioelectric activity, increase of brain vascular tone with angiospasm events, and venous drainage complication has been detected in patients suffering from different form of atopic dermatitis. Investigation of the immune status has revealed suppression of cell-mediated immune response, increase of IgE level. Schemes of complex pathogenetic therapy of patients suffering from atopic dermatitis using nootropil and actovegin have been developed and grounded. The method of SH-S-S ratio determination in blood of atopic dermatitis patients has been applied for individual selection of immune corrective drugs. Results of work are introduced in educational process of department of dermatovenereology of National medical academy of post-graduate education name by P.L. Shupik, in work of the Kiev city clinical dermato-venereologic hospital, dermato-venereologic dispensary №№ 3, 4, 5 of Kiev. Use area - dermatology.
