Radchenko M. Optimization of the technology elements of oil radish growing in the conditions of north-eastern part of the Forest-Steppe zone of Ukraine

Object: optimization of the elements for oil radish cultivation technology in the north-eastern part of the Forest-Steppe of Ukraine. Aim: scientific substantiation and determination of optimal parameters for oil radish cultivation technology, their influence on yield and efficiency for crop cultivation in the conditions of the north-eastern part of the Forest-Steppe of Ukraine. Methods: field, visual, calculation-weighed, laboratory-biochemical, mathematical-statistical, comparative. Novelty: optimal seed rate (2mln seeds per ha) is defined, as well as, optimal sowing date (early) and fertilizer rate (N60P60K60 kg a.m. per ha). The levels of economical and energy efficiency for seed yield depending on seed rate, sowing dates, selection of varieties and mineral fertilizers rates are estimated. Results: variation level of parameters of productivity at different sowing rates, reaction level of main indices of productivity on sowing date removal and the reaction of oil radish varieties to the application of mineral fertilizers are determined. Application stage: optimal sowing rates, sowing dates and rates of mineral fertilizers are introduced in agricultural production in plant growing of TOV "Lebedyn", the town of Lebedyn in Sumy Region on 82 ha and VAT "Lebid" in the village of Budyla of Lebedyn district of Sumy Region on 76 ha. Application area: agricultural enterprises of all the forms of ownership.
