The dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodical positions and practical recommendations as for efficient usage supply and demand in market of milk, of production in agricultural enterprises of agro-industrial complex. The estimate condition of milk production is carried out and the dairy cattle-raising branch progress trends are discovered, organizational conditions of branch development and economic effectiveness of milk production in agrarian enterprises are investigated. Demand and supply prognosis at regions milk market; directions and proposals of ensuring of effective development of dairy cattle-raising; improvement of interrelation at production and milk processing system. The milk and dairy products by the populations of region depending on their aggregate income is calculated. The possibility of payback of debt investments into integrated branch production-selling milk by the incomes from increasing productivity of milk cows, quality of milk, market prices for milk and dairy products are substantiated
