Essay

The research object is therapeutic effects of craniocerebrale hypothermia (CCH) application for people with the depression disorders. The research aim is to study the neurobiological mechanisms of correction of emotion disorders in patients with аutoaggressive behavior by CCH application. The research methods are psychophysiological, electrophysiological, biochemical and statistical. Theoretical and practical results and scientific novelty consist in the following. It is shown CCH application results in strengthening of the main nervous processes mobility and power. Also electrical activity of brain and concentration of blood biogenic regulators are normalized after CCH application. It is found out one of the brain mechanisms of CCH effect is the recovery of cerebral electrogenesis that shows the features of a new adaptive process formation. The indicator of such a transitional process is a paroxysmal activity of the brain. Predictors of a CCH applications need have discovered. They appear as an absence of paroxysmal activity by seventh day after CCH. The research results have made it possible to substantiate a new methodic of CCH application for correction of emotion disorders and prevention of аutoaggressive behavior. The research results have introduced (certificates of implementation). Branches of using are biology and medicine.
