Dyachenko V. Improving the Mechanism of State Regulation of Non-Profit Organizations

Object of research: state regulation of activity of non-profit organizations in Ukraine. Purpose: theoretical ground of directions of perfection of mechanism of state regulation of activity of non-profit organizations and development of suggestions on the rise of efficiency of co-operation with them of executive public authorities and organs of local self-government. Methods: sociological, statistical, system, history and logical analysis. Results: the mechanism of state regulation of activity of non-profit organizations is improved. Novelty: basic principles of functioning of mechanism of state regulation of activity of non-profit organizations are definite; the mechanism of social order as a factor of advancement of Ukraine in the direction of development of civil society is improved. It is inculcated in activity of organs of power of the Sumy region. Areas of use: public administration, regional administration, training and retraining of civil servants.
