Leskiv V. Tactics of conducting gynecologic diseases against autoimmune thyreoidite.

Scientific work is devoted decrease in frequency of gynecologic disease at women with autoimmune thyreoidite on the basis of studying of the cores ehografical, endocrinological and immunological changes, and also working out of algorithm of medical-diagnostic actions. The role autoimmune thyreoidite in a clinical current leyomyoma of uterus, chronic salpingooforite and an endometriosis is shown. Comparative aspects of clinical semiology of the gynecologic diseases developing against and without thyreogical pathologies are studied. The most informative are defined ehografical criteria autoimmune thyreoidite at genital pathologies. The interrelation between clinical, ehografical, endocrinological and immunological infringements at women with gynecologic diseases against thyreogical pathologies is established. It has allowed to expand available data about patogenesise leyomyoma of uterus, chronic salpingooforite and an endometriosis at women of reproductive age, and also scientifically to prove necessity of improvement of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions. The algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions for decrease in frequency of clinical displays of gynecologic diseases at patients with autoimmune thyreoidite is offered.
