Kyrdan O. The relations of collective property in transforming economy

The thesis is devoted to the economic and theoretical investigation of relations of collective property in conditions of transforming economy. The investigation deals with the methodological approaches which are used by the political economy, the theory of property, institutional theory for the explication of the essence and role of collective property in the system of social and economic relations. Scientific and methodological principles of the category of property were researched, the analysis of theoretical concepts of objective reasons of formation and development of collective property in modern economy were held. The essentiality of the realization process of the property was revealed. It was proved that this process at the same time is a process of its revival and reflects the property in the state of movement and dynamics. It is realized through the relations of appropriation, which constitutes economic content of property. It was characterized the realization mechanism of collective property in all phases of economic revivals, production, distribution, exchange and consumptions.
