Vinyrskiy Y. Diagnostic algorithm for hyperplastic processes of endometrium with women of reproductive age.

The thesis deals with the problem of diagnostics optimization for hyperplastic processes of endometrium using up-to-date diagnostic techniques. Clinical and statistical analysis has been done in the thesis, social and medical risk factors for development of hyperplastic processes in endometrium have been singled out, their separate and combined significance has been determined. Taking into account the data of clinical and statistical analysis, instrumental and laboratory research, new diagnostic algorithm has been worked out and scientifically grounded to diagnose endometrium pathology with women of reproductive age using up-to-date functional and minimally invasive procedures. For the first time on the basis of instrumental research comparative analysis of diagnostic significance of ultrasound and endoscope procedures to diagnose intra-uterus pathology has been done. New diagnostic programme has been developed enabling to model adequate surgery, to increase its effectiveness, to foresee and prevent intrasurgical and postsurgical complications. Indices to evaluate morphometric peculiarities of endometrium cells and sensory status of endometrium and stroma have been scientifically grounded and applied in clinical practice. Against the background of the results received, new up-to-date approaches to diagnostics and treatment of hyperplastic processes of endometrium have been proposed with regard for responsiveness to hormone therapy.
