Yurchenko I. The Institutionalization of the Volunteer's Movement in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to research of conditions and factors institutionalization of the volunteer's movement in Ukraine. Is considered the existing sociological concepts of social institutes and it is offered the analytical scheme of institutionalization process according to which the features of institutionalization of social movements in general and directly volunteer's movement in Ukraine are analyzed. The methodological approaches and existing global experience of researches of volunteering are generalized. By results of empirical research the features of volunteer's motivation, elements of value-normative, symbol-semantic and status-role structures of volunteer's movement, processes it legitimation and legalization, and also formation of collective identity and institutional behavior are analyzed.
