Essay

The combined method of avalanche diode's supply, which allows to increase generated noise level by 30dB, is offered and developed. Superwide band noise oscillator basedon non-linear avalance diode's characteristics is developed and researched owing to the fact that high frequency noises and transfer of low frequency noise into working microwave band are used. The new methods of avalance diode's researchare developed and proofed. The methods of errors correction whilest waveguide schemata's impedance's definition are developed. The methods of uncertainty elimination due the noise measurements in short-wave part of millimetre range.
