Sanchenko E. Elite linguistic personality: from dialect origins to literary language

Object: speech of elite linguistic personalities, which are from different regions of Ukraine, but live in Lugansk region. Аim: theoretically argumentation of main tendencies of forming of Ukrainian elite linguistic personality with dialectal substratum, discovering of dialectal (phonetic, lexical, morphological) peculiarities of speech of elite linguistic personalities caused by native dialect and describing linguo-cultural type of elite linguistic personality with dialectal substratum. Methods: descriptive with its modes (observation, interpretation and generalization) and using experiment and surveys' results. Novelty: the work is the first attempt on description of speech activities of real linguistic personalities as carrier of elite type of speech culture; determining of the nature of elite linguistic personality's phenomenon; forming of the passport of linguo-cultural type of elite linguistic personality with dialectal substratum. Applied importance of the work is multimedia reading book "Linguistic elite of Lugansk region" (virtual record library) as fund of authentic speech of dialect carriers.
