Kyhars'ka A. "Preventive and rehabilitation measures in children with vegetative dysfunctions at the beginning of study at school".

We have studied the peculiarities of physical and mental development, vegetative homeostasis, and state of sympathoadrenal system in children of primary school age with vegetative dysfunctions that characterize to some extent the state of health and adaptive capabilities of children at the beginning of study at school. We have defined that the disturbances of physical development and growth are noted in the most part of healthy children (60,5 %) of primary school age with vegetative dysfunctions. It is proved that the evidence of school disadaptation can be observed in children of primary school age against the vegetative dysfunctions and they are characterized with disturbance of physical work ability and psychosomatic disorders that gives reasons for the necessity of preventive and rehabilitation measures on child's entrance to school. We have developed a phytocomplex on the basis of malts of grain varieties and medicinal herbs "Relax-flora". It has positive effect on functional state of vegetative nervous system in children of primary school age that is connected with its ability to normalize vegetative homeostasis and state of sympathoadrenal system, physical and mental work ability. We have established and developed the differential preventive and rehabilitation measures with use of "Relax-flora" for children of primary school age with vegetative dysfunctions depending on vegetative homeostasis and functional capabilities of organism; it is proved their effectiveness of use in the school conditions.
