Essay

The work dedicated to the prediction in the third trimester of gestation of perinatal complications in pregnant women with inflammatory kidney disease (IKD). The research was made on the features of maternal-fetal interaction, the hemodynamic of fetoplacental complex and fetal cardiac function in the third trimester of gestation in women with IKD, as well as the progress of early neonatal period of their newborns to determine the level of oxygen saturation and heart dynamics remodeling. A comparative analysis of the diagnostic value of ultrasound fetoplacental system research, determination of fetal biophysical profile, antenatal cardiotocography, studying of hemodynamic parameters in predicting perinatal hypoxic complications was determined. It is shown that the diagnostic methods of arterial dopplerometry of fetoplacental complex are the ability to detect fetal states, threatening with the development of distress. A diagnostic algorithm for calculating the risk of the reduction of oxygen saturation in the early neonatal period of newborns is offered. A value of diagnostic and prognosticated features of right-heart dilatation of the fetus and increase fetal pulmonary vascular resistance in the prediction of intrauterine infection was defined on the bases of comparative analysis of efficiency of bacteriological, ultrasound and dopplerohraphic studies of pregnant. Recommendations for obstetric health care institutions to reduce perinatal loss due to timely diagnosis of perinatal complications were created.
