Essay

Dissertation is devoted to clinical urology actual problem: an improvement of results of treatment patients with an urolithiasis by the method of distance lithotripsy by decreasing kidney tissue damage and complications frequency after the repeated sessions of kidney stones lithotripsy defining the necessary interval between sessions, which is needed for renewal of tissue. It was proved that after repeated lithotripsy an interval between the distance lithotripsy sessions in 7 days makes more expressed damage of kidney tissue than the interval average in 14 and more than those days. The study's results show that the most optimum interval of time between the distance lithotripsy repeated sessions is 14 days. The time interval between the first session and renewal of kidney tissue after the repeated session at 7-th days made average same period (28 days), also after repeated lithotripsy at 14-th day made. The increase of interval between sessions more than 14 days increases the term of action of pathogenic factors, conditioned the presence of concrement in kidney tissue.
