Object of research: system of economic relations of the transitive society forming the relations of eco-nomic freedom. Research objective: disclosing of the maintenance of economic freedom and forms of its displays in financial sphere. Research receptions: an ascension from abstract to concrete, the analysis and synthesis, unity historical and logic, institutional the approach. Results, novelty: internal and exter-nal forms of display of economic freedom Are revealed and characterized. It is proved, that the external space of realization of economic freedom is defined by set institutional formal and informal interactions of subjects of managing among themselves and with a society. Necessity of restriction of virtual making financial freedom is proved and its inconsistent influence on bank, tax and insurance spheres is opened. Use sphere: by working out and carrying out of the state financial policy, a scientific substantiation of the program of overcoming of consequences of financial crisis.
