Scientific work is devoted to studying of features of clinical flow of pregnancy, labour and state of newborns on the background of placental disfunction, and to the development of the complex of treatment and prophylactic actions on the basis of received results. The results of scientific work allowed extending the existent information about functional dosorders in the system mother-placenta-fetus. The practical recommendations on the decline of frequency of obstet- ric and perinatal pathology at pregnant women with labour abnormalities on the background of placental disfunction with the use of Glutargin and Piracetam were developed and inculcated in medical practice.
