The object - the teaching process in primary school; the aim - to define the influence of theoretical grounded and developed personality-oriented technologies for teaching primary school pupils to form their communicative and in-formation competence; the methods - theoretical, empiric, statistic; the novelty - the integration of personality-oriented and technological approaches in teaching with the support of information and computer means of teaching is theoretically analysed and checked in the teaching process; the essence, features and structure of personality-oriented technology of teaching are defined; the peculiarities of the teaching process in primary school are revealed; the mechanisms for working out the technology of teaching by means of stage-based completing its components and links among them and their contents are substantiated; the results - the developed personality-oriented technologies for teaching primary school pupils may be used in teaching process in all stages
