Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the problem of the effectiveness increase in the treatment of the patients with the gastric duodenal pathology by the way of the combined using of pelo- and magnetic-laser therapy taking into consideration the etiopathogenetic features of the disease. The combined methods of the spa treatment with the using of pelo- and magnetic-laser therapy were developed on the basis of the results of the combined clinical, laboratory and instrumental checkup of 103 patients with the chronical gastric duodenal pathology and the study of the exit morphofunctional state of the gastric duodenal zone, the special features of the vegetative, nervous and immune system. On the basis of the study of the direct and remote results of the treatment it was proved that the combined using of pelo and magnetic-laser therapy considerably increases the effectiveness of the spa treatment, maintains long remission of the disease, and improves the quality of life of the patients.
