Elucidated the politic-historical and theoretic-methodological approaches to understanding the political opposition as an important component of society and political system characterized by the basic model of political opposition. Analyzed the process of origin and specificity of the formation of political opposition. Used new conceptual approaches to the analysis of problems of political opposition on the basis of the last parliamentary campaign show the peculiarities of the process of structuring and parliamentary opposition.
