Yatsishіn I. Ground of methods of surgical correction of aesthetically beautiful defects and deformations of front abdominal wall

Work is devoted the problem of improvement of results of surgical correction of aesthetically beautiful defects and deformations of front abdominal wall due to the complex estimation of its state and optimization of technique of operation. Basis of work was made by the generalized results of surgical treatment of 293 patients with application of methods of abdominoplastik (87 control group, 206 basic). The criteria of estimation of the state of skin, fatty hypoderm, myscular et aponevrosis complex are developed. It is systematized the clinical displays of defects and deformations of front abdominal wall and all patients part on 10 groups and the algorithm of operative interferences is developed.From instrumental methods an inspection was used by determinations of transkutannogo of rO2 fabrics, applied programmable electro-influence on fabrics of front abdominal wall and intraoperaciyniy monitoring of change of intra-abdominal pressure. The general percent of early pislyaoperaciynikh complications made in our supervisions 8,74 %, what on the whole did not influence on aesthetically beautiful end-point (27,6 % in a control group).Applied technology of operative interferences for patients with aesthetically beautiful deformations and defects of front abdominal wall allowed to get in 90,78 % patients directly good and satisfactory aesthetically beautiful and functional results, to shorten a pislyaoperaciyniy period in 1,5-2 times. In the viddalennomu period of supervision during 5 good and satisfactory results were marked in 97 % patients
