Scientific work is devoted frequency decrease obstetrical and perinatal complications at unmarried women on the basis of studying of clinical, functional, psychological and social features, and also working out of algorithm of treatment-and-prophylactic actions. The interrelation between clinical, psychological and social changes in genesise developments obstetrical and perinatal complications at women with illegitimate pregnancy is established. Influence of psychological and social changes on development obstetrical and perinatal is shown a pathology at women with u obstetrical and perinatal unmarriage.
