The dissertation is devoted to the investigation of the peculiarities of a person position of the individuals of the pedagogical process and studying the social and psychological conditions of the formation the humane position in future teachers and its realization in the pedagogical activity.The humane position of a teacher is considered to be a complicated psychological phenomenon which is formed in the process of a person's professional learning and professional pedagogical activity, under organized communicative conditions in particular. The sense unit of the humane position has been found out - it is its dialogic character; the correlative connection between the humane position of lecturers and students of the pedagogical higher establishments with their dialogic intention and the main characteristic features of this position which are revealed in the dialogic pedagogical communication have been also found out. The complex of psychological and pedagogical conditions for the development of the humane traits of future teachers has been exposed in the thesis too. The experimental social and psychological program which is aimed to establish a dialogue in the pedagogical interaction has been also approved.
