The dissertation deals with the complex research of administrative responsibility of officials of local self-government bodies for their corruption acts. The general grounds of the attachment of the administrative responsibility are analysed, debatable problems of public danger and harmfulness of an administrative offence and its material features are under consideration of the activity and functioning of local self-government bodies is investigated.
