The thesis sets out to conduct complex research an jurisdiction activity of controlling and monitoring bodies, militia, courts of general jurisdiction in the cases of the violation of financial law. The author takes a systematic approach to the study at forms and methods of administrative and procedural activity in investigating the cases of the vio¬lation of financial law. The author makes suggestions concerning the improvement of legal regula¬tion of administrative and jurisdiction activity of controlling and monitoring bodies and militia in the financial sphere and legal principles of their coop¬eration.
