Perepelytsya A. Administrative and legal regulation of professional employee training for the Ukrainian Inner Affair bodies

The thesis is devoted to the complex research of administrative and legal regulation of professional employee training for the Ukrainian Inner Affair bodies. Complex legal issues of the employee training for the Ukrainian Inner Affair bodies are studied, means for human resource (HR) policy are considered to be realized with respect to the State programs as well as to the ones of the Ministry of Inner Affairs of Ukraine, modern concepts are proposed by author for further improvement of HR training for the Ukrainian Inner Affair bodies. The system of organizational and legal means of HR recruitment and training for the Ukrainian Inner Affair bodies is analyzed, and the ways to enhance the administrative and legal regulation of HR training are proposed.
