Essay

The critical stresses and degrees of deformation that corresponding with changing of softening mechanism of copper-titanium powder materials have determined. The mathematical models of densification process of porous body, dynamic softening of hard phase, diffusion into powder material and also model that allows to estimate grain size with accounting deformation parameters and porosity. The thermomechanical regimes for stamping of details "welding roller" and "flange sleeve" of slide bearing have been developed and implemented into production.
