Tashyan R. One-Sided Deals In Civil Law.

Dissertation is the first complex research of problem of law regulation social relations, which initiate, change, cease on the foundation of unilateral deals. Dissertation is devoted to the definition of place of unilateral deals in system of juridical facts, researching delimitation signs of unilateral deals and contracts, drawing-up of classification of unilateral deals. Certain attention is devoted to the problems of classification of unilateral deals on directioning and obligationing by the criterion of role of deals in the dynamics of rights and duties of sides of obligation. A candidate for a degree spared much attention to the decision of limits of distribution on one-sided deals of rules about agreements and proved that positions of legislation, which determine a moment, place and order of entering into contracts, and also the grounds of change or avoiding contract do not spread on one-sided deals. In dissertation the rotined role of one-sided deals is in realization of sekundarnikh rights - it is proved that one-sided deals can serve as the method of realization of sekundarnikh rights. The formulated suggestions in relation to perfection of current legislation, in particular, in relation to the legal adjusting of public relations which arise up, change halted on the basis of one-sided deals. Job performances found a reflection in the project of changes to the legislation.
