Dissertation is devoted to the question to the prophylaxis of pregnancy and labor complications and new-born abandonment in women with deviant attitude toward maternity. On the basis of research of pregnancy and labor complications epidemiology and structures, study of them neuroendocrine, psychoemotional, psychopathological, family and infectious predictors, histological features of afterbirths there is developed the chart of pathogenesis and the complex system of prophylaxis of pregnancy and labor complications and new-born abandonment in women with deviant attitude toward maternity, that in an aggregate resulted in the decrease of amount of pregnancy and labor complications and new-born abandonment.
