Dissertation work is devoted to development of science-theory bases and practical recommendations in relation to development of marketing activity in the control system of metallurgical enterprises. Theoretical bases of marketing activity of enterprises are specified for ground objective tendencies in their modern development. Grounded conceptions of integration of marketing and strategic management of enterprises in market conditions. The development process of the program of management by marketing activity is explored. Existent methodical approaches are analysed to estimation of efficiency of marketing activity of metallurgical enterprises. The system of estimation of potential of marketing of metallurgical enterprises is improved. The resulting indexes of estimation of efficiency of marketing activity of metallurgical enterprises are expected. The variants of strategies of development of marketing activity of enterprises of metallurgical industry are developed. Grounded methodical approaches to the control system by a metallurgical enterprise taking into account a marketing constituent. Developed methodical approaches to estimation of administrative decisions on the basis of analysis of efficiency of marketing activity and business activity of metallurgical enterprises
