The paper is devoted to research of theoretical aspects of the strategic pricing and price strategies taking to account marketing strategies of enterprise. The features of price strategy's development of machine-building enterprise are determined. The author proposes methodical approach of improvement of strategic pricing according to specific of production and product sales in the conditions of domestic market. The domestic market's conditions of aircraft products are considered. The author analyses the enterprise's strategic pricing within character of market situation. The complex approach of marketing conditions' analysis is specified. It allows finding out the positive or negative features of pricing of machine-building enterprise in planning time. The methodology of cost-based price taking into account structural complexity of product is considered. It differs from other approaches by preliminary analysis of production and sales aspects of machine-building enterprise. The author offers the methodical approach, which is used to ground a price strategy and its alternatives at the airengine-building enterprise
