Overchuk O. Policy of Great Britain in the Context of Information Society Development.

The dissertation is devoted to the complex investigation of information policy of the United Kingdom in the context of its information society development and to ascertain its peculiarities. The conceptual approaches to the problem of information society development are analysed and the basic theoretical and methodical aspects of information policy research are determined. The main external and internal factors of information society development within information policy of Great Britain are studied. The principal dominants of the strategic approach of this country as to information society formation are investigated. The key aspects of Great Britain's experience for Ukraine's information policy forming are determined.
