The disertation is devoted to theoretical and methodological, scientific and applied principles of formation of the hotel services system, organizational and economic quality assurance and efficiency of hotel service. This dissertation uncovers the essence and characteristics of the "hospitality" and establishes the place and role of the hotel business in its structure. The trends in the domestic hotel industry and hotel service are studied , the conditions and factors that influence the development of hotel business and their services system are found. The qualitative characteristics of hotel services are justified and methodological approaches to assess the effectiveness of the system quality of the hotel services are developed.7452
