Radchenko L. Civil law regulation of the relation in housing construction

The dissertation contains a comprehensive analysis of theoretical and practical problems of civil law regulation of relations in housing construction and scientifically grounded proposals and recommendations relating to the improvement of Ukrainian legislation in the sphere of investment in housing construction. Formation and development of legal regulation of relations in housing construction, the main ways of investing in housing construction as well as the peculiarities of legal mechanisms of attracting funds in housing construction and transactions with real estate have been the subject of research. The legal status of the subjects of housing construction has been defined.
