Paskar A. The Civil Procedural Legal Relationships: Structural and Functional Analysis.

In the dissertation the complex scientific research of the structural-functional analyses in the system of judicial relationships in civil procedural law is made in connection with other institutes of this legal sphere, the con-clusions and propositions of further development of the norms of civil pro-cedural law are formulated. On the basis of historical method the author made the analytical salvation for the problem of characteristic features of the formu-lation and development of the theory of legal relationships in civil procedural law. According to the judicial practice and the fundamental researches of main scientists in different branches of law the definition and functions of civil pro-cedural legal relationships are depicted. Also the theoretical and practical problems of the structural basement and its elements (subject, object, content and functional connections which arise among them).
