Object - patients with the cysts of a pancreas, the purpose - to improve results of complex treatment of patients with the cysts of a pancreas by working out the tactics of treatment at different kinds of the organ cyst lesion and the reduction of quantity of complications and relapses by improving the diagnostic and medical actions, generalizing and comparing experience of open surgical interventions and little invasive methods of surgical treatment of the cysts of a pancreas; methods - clinical, tooled, laboratory, biochemical, metric coagulating, immune-enzymatic, pathophysiological, statistic and analytical; novelty - the differential approach to a choice of tactics of treatment of patients with the cysts of a pancreas is offered for the fist time on the basis of a complex clinical and experimental research. The algorithm of medical and diagnostic tactics at the cysts of a pancreas got its further development. The system of objective evaluation of the connection of the cyst of a pancreas with pancreas channels is improved. Changes in hemostasis system, phybrinolysis, proteolysis, non specific reaction and the immunic answer are studied at the cysts of a pancreas. The peroxidic oxidation of fat and proteins, activity of the enzymes of antioxidant protection are investigated. The application of interstitial electrophoresis and an extract of tissue of an umbilical cord in treatment of the cysts of a pancreas is proved pathogenetically; results - experimental results of dissertational research have allowed to prove scientifically a relationship of cause and effect between the processes which lead to synchronisation of the pathological process at patients with the post necrotic cysts of a pancreas and formed a basis for working out and clinical approbation of new methods of little invasive surgical treatment. The application of little invasive surgical tactics at patients with the cysts of a pancreas promoted the improvement of treatment results, reduction of frequency of complications and the level of lethal outcome; area - surgery.
