Timoschenko A. Influence of the stabilizing systems of half-dry pressing presses on quality of the brick

The thesis is devoted research of efficiency of the offered structural stabilizing systems of mechanical presses on the constancy increase stability of press pressure and providing possibility of forming bricks from cement and non-cement concrete mixes. Found out conformities to law of processes of filing up from subpresser and compression with a stabilizator, the rational limits of structural and regime parame-ters of the proposed devices are recommended, analytically well-proven and the experimentally confirmed the effect of stabilizing of pressure, inherent the self-stabilizing process of some material mixtures at application of subpresser.
