Object - simulator training of future pilots at the flight technology educational institutions; objective - to ground scientifically, develop and perform experimental testing of the methods of future pilots essential professional qualities formation during simulator training; methods - analysis, abstracting, classifying, systematizing, generalizing, prognosis making, information gathering, diagnosing and professionally essential quality making, pedagogical testing, professional qualification evaluation, mathematical statistics; novelty - it has been grounded theoretically, developed and experimentally tested methods of forming future pilots professionally valuable qualities during their similar training relating to specific principles of the flight personnel professional training process organization; the given method provides a three stage differentiated permanent forming of professionally essential qualities; further development: aims of the future pilots simulator training as for professionally essential qualities formation and the system of the future pilots professionally prolonged selection criteria; future pilots simulator training improved content; results - it has been developed, experimentally tested and implemented into the flight personal training process methods of future pilots professionally essential qualities formation during simulator training; the given method has been implemented at the specialized flight training center at Kharkiv Air Force university named after Ivan Kozhedub, Krasnodar Military higher flying school, State flight academy of Ukraine; branch - professional pedagogies.
