The thesis is devoted to a complex study of the administrative and legal fjundations of the authorities' delegation in the activity of the law enforcement bodies of Ukraine. The definition "the authorities' delegation in the law enforcement, bodies has been given, the characteristics of the stages of the genesis of the notion of the authorities' delegation as the administrative and legal foundation of the law enforcement bodies. The adoption of a new normative act - the Official Code of Ukraine, where the order of service in the law enforcement bodies of Ukraine has been defined.
