Essay

TDissertation is devoted to the research of theoretical and methodological, administrative and legal bases of the cooperation of the organs of state power of Ukraine in the law enforcement sphere, and also to the determination ways of the removal of this interaction to the qualitatively new level. Problems of the lawful guaranteeing of rights and freedoms of man and citizen in their organic connection with the improvement of the cooperation of organs of state power of Ukraine have been investigated. The model of the qualitative cooperation of mentioned organs in the law enforcement sphere, component parts of which are strategic and tactical cooperation, has been proposed.
