Essay

The object of research is a process of transportation of loads in universal containers. Researches were made with the use of methods of queuing theory, mathematical statistics. Scientific originality - the resources-saving technology of motion of container trains is formalized and developed with implementation of freight operations with containers on by-ways the intermediate stations without uncoupling of carriages and serve them on freight fronts, which provides, unlike existent technologies there is an acceleration of turnover of carriage and container. The new integrated technology of functioning of container terminals is offered with presentation of vehicles (platforms and trucks) to intertrack spaces.
