Kupin A. Legal regulation towards the application of confiscation and pay extract in the administrative jurisdictional sphere

The dissertation is devoted to the analysis towards the potential of confiscation and pay extract as the types of administrative offences. There is revealed the notion, complex character, aim, confiscation's peculiarities and pay extract, their correlation with similar legal notions; genesis of investigation in home administrative - legal science and normative consolidation in home administrative - tortious legislation with recognition of stages and characterization each of them are analyzed. It is fixed the foundation of use, main basis of conducting in cases about administrative offences for what the application of confiscation and pay extract are foreseen. It is defined the problems of practice during the discharge of decrees about application these varieties of administrative offences.
