The object of the research is the process of pricing at the enterprises of food industry. The target of the research is the development of the theoretical positions and the practical recommendations on the choice of the instrument of the forecasting of the prices at the enterprises of food industry. The methods of the research are the processed approach, the method of the comparison, the analogy, the analysis and the synthesis, the historical method, the method of the supervision, the generalizations, the method of the construction of the economic model, the correlation-regressive analysis and the method of the selective researches, the verification and the method of the scenario. The theoretical and practical results are the spectrum of the models of prices forecasting to the enterprises of food industry; the classification of food stuffs taking into account the character of stuff demand, social importance of products and terms of prices regulating; the procedure of forecasting of prices at the enterprises of food industry; the certain requirements to the informative providing of the prices forecasting models at the enterprises of food industry. The practical results and the novelty are the base and the modified models of forecasting of prices at the enterprises of food industry; the procedure of the choice of the modified model of prices forecasting on certain food stuff.
