Essay

Object: differential mortar pump with hydraulic compensator of pressure pulsation. Purpose: improvement the quality of finishing work undertaking and increasing the efficiency of mortar mixtures transportation to the place of their undertaking. Methods: experimental investigations, comparative and multifactor analysis, mathematical modeling. Equipment: USB-oscilloscope, regulator of electric current frequency, electronic-computing machinery. Theoretical results: received analytical dependencies, on base which is determined dependency of volumetric performance factor value from constructive parameters, states of working and characteristics of building mixture. Practical results: created and introduced in building production differential mortar pump with hydraulic compensator of pressure pulsation. Novelty: explored influence of volumetric performance factor level on optimum correlation of piston and sections of rod diameters of differential worker organ, under which pulsation of pressure will be least; it is installed dependency of mortar pump work efficiency and pulsations of pressure level in pressure pathway from cameras of hydraulic compensator filling degree by worker liquid. Application: experimental sample of differential mortar pump with hydraulic compensator of pressure pulsation passed production test. Sphere of use: scientific institutions, production and building enterprises, educational institutions, connected with development, production and usage of building technology.
